REAL-LIFE TRAINING
Our training doesn't come from a manual some retired agent wrote 20 years ago. We don't have classes and Powerpoints with outdated techniques.
What we DO HAVE is a Mentorship Program exclusively designed and mentored by current top producing agents. As a newly licensed agent, the most efficient and effective way to become successful in Real Estate is to become an Apprentice to someone you aspire to be in the Real Estate industry.
HIGH TECH TOOLS
If you will be financing with a mortgage, you will need to be pre-approved by a lender prior to house shopping. If you do not know where to start with this, we will pair you with our preferred lenders who will take excellent care of you. The lender will analyze your financials and approve you with a purchase price you will be comfortable with.
ENGAGED LEADERSHIP
Implementing a rigorous strategy for finding homes in your target market includes online research as well as access to my MLS and industry networks. We will look at houses with intention and get you under contract with your ideal home in no time. We will keep you on track with the countless tasks that comes with any Real Estate transaction.
OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH
Once we get through all the contingencies of the contract, we will schedule to close. You will start packing and switch over utilities. We'll do our final walk through the day of closing, then head to the closing table to sign your paperwork and collect your new keys! Then it's time to celebrate the purchase of your new home!
